I decided it was a good idea to compile this list. It's a good to have an external indicator to internal issues.

-Eat when I'm not hungry
-Sleep in a lot
-Bite my nails
-Forget about my health
-Watch a lot of TV
-Day dream excessively
-Be Annoyed and Sarcastic towards things
