I decided it was a good idea to compile this list. It's a good to have an external indicator to internal issues.
When I take Care of Myself I Tend To:
-Eat Healthy
-Go outdoors
-Share/discuss more
-Smile
-Laugh
-Draw art
When I'm Being "Self-Destructive" I Tend To:
-Eat unhealthy foods
-Eat when I'm not hungry
-Worry
-Sleep in a lot
-Avoid outdoors
-Talk less
-Bite my nails
-Forget about my health
-Watch a lot of TV
-Procrastinate
-Day dream excessively
-Be Annoyed and Sarcastic towards things
I'll add more to the list as things occur to me...
