Messages from Heaven... on the Internet

Here's the divine/wise/insightful messages I've accumulated via the internet this week. There's a LOT.

Catching Up on Dreams

Over the past 5 days I've had about 7 dreams/visions of relevance so there's a lot to catch up on here.

Dream #1 I had a dream that I trained people on how to work with Orca whales. Orcas keep popping up a lot in general these days -I'm thinking it's just the totum animal coming round to lend aid of some kind. But there's also the message of helping animals and caring for them -especially since this is my second dream about caring for Orca whales in particular.

Found this on the internet yesterday. Kind of a "GET the Message YET???":

Dream #2 I dreamed I adopted a fruit bat as a pet. It behaved very much like a dog and I loved having it around. Everyone was freaking out because "bats are scary and gross" but I've always loved fruit bats and thought they were adorable. Clearly another dream about looking after animals -especially those that I like even if other people don't.

Dream #3 I dreamed I was in charge of looking after King Kong the giant gorilla. Not particularly fond of gorillas as a species, but I needed to track this one and keep an eye on it. At one point it sort of escaped and was running around -not really destroying things but definitely worrying people. Then some people suggested that we just kill King Kong. I was like, "It's King Kong. One of the rarest species of gorilla around like a precious stone unto itself. You don't just dispatch of King Kong as if he were a mosquito or a fly."

I woke from this dream trying to figure out its meaning and was instantly reminded of that gorilla killed not that long ago because a boy wandered into his exhibit at the zoo. People said, "Yah that animal needed to be put down, DUH." Sometimes people don't seem to have much respect for any existing life outside of the human race. People do as they will with animals and don't reflect upon their actions -which can be quite grave and cruel.

Found this on the internet yesterday:

Dream #4 Had a long dream that was about an online software system that connected to a big map of the United States. On the map people could request any amount of money from $1 to $500. You could then loan that money to that person and within 1 week (usually a day) the person would then have to send you redeem your money with interest (usually a minimum of $2). It was kind of like investing in people.

I started out with $15 and new I needed money so I felt genuinely led by God to this system. So I took my only $15 and loaned it to someone. Within 30 minutes they had paid me back the $15 with the bonus of $5. After 2 hours of continuing this process I then had accumulated $118. I then reached a point where I was good on money and knew I shouldn't delve any further. But at that point it was like gambling to me and I decided to continue to grow my funds anyway -knowing I'd probably end up lamenting it.

So I lent out $60 to a college guy with rich friends who claimed he could pay me back. 2 days later I was paranoid I'd just lost the $60 and would never see it returned. I blamed myself because I knew God had led me to prosperity, but not GREED -which I had given into. I woke up from the dream humbling myself and noting this practice of God. Do NOT overstep your bounds and wander outside of the influence of God -especially when he guides you to abundance.  You will mistakenly adhere and attach yourself to money where before you were in unity with only God.

Dream #5 In that same dream sequence I found myself in a small church surrounded by little old ladies. There were maybe 15 people total in the chapel. There wasn't really a sermon going on -we were just supposed to be "connecting to God" in a sort of meditation. But I was so worried about the money issue that I kept looking at my iPhone to check the status of that online software system to see if my funds had been sent.

A snide, older woman then came up to me and said, "You don't belong in this church -you need to get out now." I got pissed because it's my belief that EVERYONE should be allowed to stay in church regardless their present circumstance. I knew I was distracted and not focusing on God, but to say I didn't belong there because of that was a deep offense in my eyes. So I got up and pretty much told the woman off by stating that. I then told her -as I was regretting it in the moment -that I would "pray for her" in a condescending tone.

I HATE when bigoted idiots claiming to be spiritual do that to other people. I woke up going, "WHATS???! Why did I do that, I know better than that." But I was so caught up in my wounded pride in the dream it just kind of came out. Never let money come between you and God and never let pride come between you and your conscious.

Dream #6 Technically this was a vision I woke up with yesterday. I saw the image of a beautiful lotus flower floating on this moonlit pond with fireflies glowing all around. It was strange because normally lotus are depicted in the muck of a pond -having risen above that mess -as a metaphor for light overcoming/rising above darkness. But I understood that this was a lotus flower in HEAVEN -not Earth.

I interpreted the vision to mean that when people overcome their pains here on Earth they're subjected to the muck and mess of this life and it is harder for them to rise OUT of that darkness entirely. They're still "above it", but not BEYOND it as if it never was.

In Heaven on the other hand since there is no darkness/pain to be found there in any capacity, people don't just rise above their pains -they let them go entirely as if they never existed. You aren't floating above the muck, the muck itself is gone and is replaced entirely by beauty and divinity.

Dream #7 This was the dream I had last night. This was one of the most vivid and clear dreams I'd ever had -as if it was real and I was wandering around awake. I was visiting my Grandma Jean's house. It was similar to the house she had here when she was alive as far as it being on a hillside overlooking the city, but it was far more beautiful and grand then the one here was.

There was a beautiful path sweeping up into the driveway with verden green hedges and beautiful fountains leading up a stairway to the mansion itself. Inside the house there were 5 or 6 people wandering around -my grandma and her friends and possibly sisters/relatives. I looked out over the balcony at an even greater view of the city then she had had here on Earth. Nearby there was also a "British" city she liked to visit -she was always fond of Europe.

It's kind of sad to see what's become of that side of the family now. Grandma had always been the central hub and core of my dad's side of the family and after she passed that desire to stick together seemed to die with her. Her children (my dad, 2 aunts, and uncle) then proceeded to fight and sever over trying to sell her house on the hillside overlooking the city. Each one had different ideas about what should be done with it and they argued over money and divided further and further over the months.

My aunts and uncles and dad are now pretty deeply parted. They seem to have no respect or real love for one another. They don't talk much and it's always formal social interactions out of obligation. My dad didn't even know or notice when my aunts birthday came and went -even though I sent her a present and texted her on her birthday. He didn't seem to care. And all this over a house that seems inferior now to the grandiose mansion she seems to be residing in now.

Never let material possessions come between you and immaterial connection with other people. Earth is transient and will pass, but these connections were never intended to be severed from.

Fated Meetings

Can't even begin to cover ALL of the crazy stuff that happened over the weekend. I had 4 or 5 significant dreams that occurred, and 2 profound spiritual connections with people. I;m not going into the dreams right now, I'll go into them later in the week, but the spiritual stuff that happened needs to be covered.

Last week I was invited by my friend Amy who helps people publish books to an Arts and Author Festival at a nearby church. I decided to go there and multiple significant things happened.

1. I found a great new church to go to that's non-denominational and incorporates wisdom and insights from numerous spiritual cultures including Native American beliefs, Buddhist teachings, and Christianity.

2. I met a woman who had published her own coloring books that were similar to the kind of one I want to make in terms of page layout and function. She suggested a printing company to me that could do what I want to do with my coloring books (which are almost done). God tells you to make a coloring book so you create the pages and the next issue is printing so then God leads you to the right printers. Now praying the right publishing company comes to light.

3. Met with Amy and got a free copy of her book. I then felt compelled to tell her about the dream I had 2 weeks before about the woman whose book she had published with the afterlife/near death experience. Amy then told me that same woman was giving a speech and art show The Next Day.

4. Yesterday I went to hear the woman -Nancy Rynes -speak. Was not aware how great of an artist she was (she paints mostly horses).

Nancy spoke about her experience dying on the emergency table after getting hit by a car and then "rising" to Heaven and what she saw/heard/learned there.

There were several messages that were definitely for me. Some of what she said was stuff I already knew that was more affirming, but the rest was definitely Heaven's hinting their messages to me.

-Don't go down paths you know aren't meant for you (a.k.a. jobs you don't really want to do that won't fulfill you spiritually like an admin position in a corporation).

-Validate the souls of ANIMALS. Just as their are numerous human movements going on right now -Women's Rights, LGBTQ+... GOD is leading a spiritual movement to save and protect Nature. God seems to be working through spiritually endowed people to get those messages out. Nature needs to be compassionately protected and the divinity within animals needs to be acknowledged.

-Horses are deeply intuitive animals and therefore Horse Whisperers have to genuinely be spiritually connected and in the right state of being to work with them and heal them. If you want to help animals you need to be in the right spiritual state to do it.

-People are like trees, when they become "fully grown" in spiritual connection and knowing they tend to produce Creative Fruits (art, writing, music...) that can then be shared freely with those around them

-My Spiritual Gifts Are: Connection to Animals, Intuition, Creativity, Dreams/Visions, Messages/Clarity, Sensing the Future, Reading People/Situations

-Find your "channeling" process/place. What is the best state/way to allow divine beings to come through you and act in unity with you?

-Get connected to a community/support group that will guide and encourage your spiritual path

-Play, daydream, meditate, go into nature, use a notebook, avoid internet, be creative, follow your calling

Something freaky was also going on when Nancy was speaking. In the upper left corner of the room there was a "light" that kept coming through and kind of beaming down from above and there was a WOMAN -either a saint or some kind of angel -that kept coming through. No idea who it was but I think it might have been someone that knew Nancy or was guiding her -at least that's the sense that I got. She had a presence of KNOWING and was trying to clarify things for me as Nancy was speaking and I was taking notes.

Afterwards I was so moved by her talk that I ended up buying her book. I then went to go to meetup with my friend Nina -who I thought NEEDED to hear her story since Nina is spiritual to some extent and wants to become a nurse. This woman essentially healed in a miraculous way and came back from death on the ER table.

Unfortunately (as usual) I kind of got the sense Nina wasn't paying much attention. She's only 18 and people that young tend to have the attention span of squirrels (which is one of the reasons they are so fond of watching videos of them skating around on Youtube).

Then as I was trying to explain stuff I started coughing continuously throughout. It felt like there was something trying to block me from conveying these messages to her.

Then out of nowhere the bottle cap that was resting on her soda bottle FLEW off in her direction. It had been sitting on the bottle for maybe 2 minutes and then randomly POP! It just kind of got tossed at her. Nina tried putting the cap back on the way it was, and I checked it out to and there is NO way that thing could have popped off on its own. There was no wind and no way for it to have moved like that.

After we had dinner I was feeling kind of let down -like Nina hadn't really received my messages or anything. I went to go fill up my car with gas and head home. Then on the drive there I look over and see Nina's dog Cato hanging out of her car as I pull up beside them in the next lane. I looked over and waved at Nina who just happened to be taking Cato out for a walk to a local dog park as I drove past.

It kind of made me feel like everything was going to work out fine, even if I hadn't gotten through with my messages that day.

Anyways, so that was my weekend...

Going to Websites and Evading Apps using Phone/Tablet

Ran into an issue with a friend I was trying to show Asana.com to. Like many online websites that help people out (in this case for free), Asana comes with an App that can be downloaded to phones and tablets. Unfortunately there's a new trend for websites to register what device you're using (phone, tablet, or laptop) that then tries to impose the APP on you if you're not using a laptop and prevents you from going to the online site.

My friend had a tablet and couldn't get on the Asana.com website. I like the Asana app, but when you're trying to get a feel for the full website and all the features it comes with and setting up a profile... the App is NOT helpful.

This can occur for many people. You want to go to a website using you're phone/tablet and the website recognizes the device you're using and directs to the App store instead. So after a good 15 minutes of poking around the internet looking for a solution, we found a great way to get around the problem.

Step 1. Open Safari (Google Chrome and others don't have this feature to my knowledge) using your phone/tablet.

Step 2. Go to desired website.

Step 3. This next step is better represented with a visual:

Step 4. Click the Desktop icon and it should allow you to fully view the website itself.

No more getting stuck in App traps.

Angel Cards #16

I'm going to start with the dreams I had this week. The problem I've been getting is I've been having multiple dreams throughout the night. So I'll remember some, acknowledge 1 or 2 as possibly being significant or a spiritual message, then I'll go back to sleep or forget what dreams I had remembered. I could only recount a few.

#1 TWINS. For whatever reason twins have been coming up lately in my dreams. Might be the fact I've started watching the new season of Brother v. Brother. Not necessarily saying it's of spiritual significance -might just be the influences of what I've been watching.

(Normally I'm on Team Jonathan, but what the heck Johnathan??? 60's themed stuff? And WAYYYY too much red, green, and turquoise. I'm rooting for Drew right now -classy and elegant (even if it's not necessarily that original))

#2 Weird dream that I'm pretty sure was a metaphor. I was on a busy side street outside a courthouse in stormy weather and overhear the fact that they just passed a new, injust law saying women would be arrested for being wet. Then it starts raining and every woman around me is panicking and some actually start being arrested by police. I say f*ck this, and go into the courtroom.

Somehow I found a way to cheat the legal system and changed the law document to say "time already served" for every woman that could be arrested. It doesn't delete the law or stop the law, but it does render it useless.

Part of me is paranoid that this has something to do with the gay laws or religious laws or women's rights-being-taken-away laws that have passed lately in our country. It might be a sign that an individual person CAN change this kind of legal system acting against American Citizens -but instead of eliminating those kinds of laws it might instead be finding a way to render them useless. Thinking/acting outside the box.

#3 This dream was intense. There was a man that I had known 10 years earlier and hadn't seen for a while. (In reality I have never met that man but in the dream I felt like I had known him for 10+ years). This man was walking down a street during the day and I saw this Middle Eastern woman and her two daughters walking down the same street as him. The man rushed at the woman and the 2 girls in an attempt to kill them.

Then 2 cops showed up and interceded and managed to arrest the man and save the woman -who was fairly wounded. The woman then called to her 2 girls who had fled down the street and she headed back to her street shop that she owned 20 feet away.

I went in to check on them and ask if they were ok. The mother said yes. We then discussed what had happened and I was surprised that she wasn't bitter or angry at the man. She said, "People are lost sometimes in life and it makes them angry at the world around them -but it doesn't make them bad people. They're just lost."

Then I got the sense that the man, upon reflection and time, would change back to the way he had been when I first met him: Someone peaceful, nonviolent, and respectful towards others.

So I continued talking with the woman and saw she had angel cards in her shop. I picked 2 angel cards up out of the deck and they both had pets/animals on them. Pretty clear I'm intended for animal care of some kind.

Then I tried relating to the woman by discussing spirituality/ religion and she was of a different faith then me so we did kind of struggle seeing eye to eye. I felt this sense of genuinely wanting to share thoughts with her and connect, but not being able to because of differing belief systems.

Then I woke up.

Doreen June 19th:
Yah I was pretty konked out again last Saturday. Actually pretty tired again today too. The end of the week, Friday - Sunday is like nap time for my life.

Doreen June 20th:
The dream about rain happened that night. So I think the cards were kind of indicating for me to pay attention to my dreams. I know there were more that I had that were significant -just can't remember them.

Doreen June 21st:
An entity rose that night. Apparently I had an "attachment" from some entity that had clung on from me visiting with someone or going somewhere and I felt this entity rise. It was pretty overwhelming. It felt like a giant, gray could was lifted from me and everything got really light and less weighted-down as it happened. I was kind of confused because I didn't know this new entity was around until it rose. I guess it's good to know that any new entities I come across will have a tendency to rise if they're around me because I purposely draw Heaven near and call upon divine beings from Heaven.

Doreen June 22nd:
Going to be honest with you, for the past 2 or 3 days know I've been waking up feeling like a goofball. I think it's because I'm "lighter" now that the entity rose, but either way I seem to be tapping into inner-child energy in general. Feeling a lot more amused and entertained in the mornings than usual. I do have a humorous side, but most of the day calls for me to be focused and serious so I think a pathway was sort of cleared for that side of me to come through more. It was weird getting this card though because it did speak to this new shift, which is kind of a random one.

Doreen June 24th:
It definitely feels like my soul is coming through more and I can feel it pretty clearly. Old stuff that used to get to me, undermine me, and bother me doesn't really seem to do that anymore. I'm moving forward in a spiritual way.

***Update:

So I saw a flash in my head of The Star of David earlier pretty vividly, but I thought it was random and didn't know what it meant so I didn't think of mentioning it on here or marking it down.

Then I came across this image a couple minutes ago while wandering on the internet:

Jules Joseph Lefebvre- Pandora, 1872

So first off, Why is the Star of David featured in an image that's supposed to be Pandora's Box -which mythologically speaking predates Judaism and has to do with evil and good being accidentally unleashed unto the Earth by a girl who opened a box she was warned not to -gaining knowledge, but also letting out evil (kind of like Adam/Eve)? The star being there is kind of weird.

Secondly, I did have some thoughts/reflections earlier this week that mentioned Pandora's Box but I can't remember them. It is kind of weird that of all the thoughts rolling around in my brain at any given time that Pandora would come up randomly and a later that week I'd see this image sync up with that flash of the Star of David I saw earlier.

Not sure what the heck this means or is alluding to. I'm trying to recall my thoughts that I had because they weren't about Pandora and that story itself, but instead was used in my thoughts like, "That situation is like a Pandora's Box that was opened -let some kind of evil out -and cannot be closed off now." Not sure what it was though.

Deep Internet Intellect

This is why I don't get into debates with people on Social Media. Not worth it.

Also it is kind of insane that people are punished for uncovering government corruption by the government that enacted and buried the corruption in the first place.

Political Banter Part 3: Policy v. Leader

This is an interesting situation because it's one of the few things that can lead a Democrat to vote Republican or a Republican to vote Democrat. Who's running for the President himself/herself might be a PERSON that appeals to those beyond their party -and you need that to happen if he/she is going to have a good 4 years of working with both sides to get things accomplished.

The debate then becomes, which is more important: To vote on Policy or to Vote on the Presidential Candidate themselves.

-Sometimes candidates can flip-flop or straddle the line between the 2 parties making party affiliation itself a challenging basis to vote on.

-Sometimes the presidential candidate can be an incompetent idiot or power-hungry maniac, so voting on candidate alone becomes a challenge.

So what do you do? Do you stick with the party -regardless of who's the front runner, or do you abandon ship and align with whoever seems to be the best leader/person for the job?

As I said in my last post, the Policy lies with the People. If policy was in the hands of the President alone, it wouldn't be a presidency but tyranny. Ultimately the people of America have the final say when it comes to legislation and mandates being passed.

Therefore the President's job isn't primarily to set policies on Social Issues -or even economic ones for the most part. The President's main job is to REPRESENT the people, make sure no unjust laws are attempted to be past by Congress, act as a diplomat in foreign relations, and initiate key decisions -without being given the final say on them.

Technically you need a President who is also kind of like a Lawyer. And at any time should the President over-step their bounds they can be impeached and removed from that position. In other words: presidential candidates aren't written in stone any more than Presidents themselves are. Things can change.

So on both fronts, voting on Republican/Democratic Policy AND Voting on Presidential Candidates doesn't amount to as much as people think that it does if the WILL of the PEOPLE is not behind it.

Ultimately I think it's easier to vote based on Leadership/ Personhood of the candidates which is why I'm not inherently Democratic or Republican. I vote based on individual policies and individual leaders. There are corrupt leaders in both parties and there are good leaders in both parties. I'd rather focus on weeding out corruption itself.

When focusing your attentions of Presidential Candidates -which I think think is the most important thing between Policy v. Leader -there are some qualities I look for that mean more to be than a lot of the other bullsh*t and nonsense that gets pandered to people about the candidates.

1. Does the person actually CARE about the American people. Not, "Do they SAY they care?" -since all candidates do -but do you genuinely get the sense that they give a damn about the human beings living in this country? And not just the American citizens they like (which normally includes The Wealthy, The White, and Those in Power), but EVERYONE. Every American. The old, the poor, the gay, the non-Christian, the former-criminal, those recovering form drug addiction, the invisible, "the tired, the hungry..." EVERYONE.

And if not, who is being left-out by this person? And why? And what ramifications might that have on those particular Americans?

2. Is the person competent? No one likes an idiot President that seems to lack the comprehensive skills to actually fill their position. Does the person seem intelligent and capable? Do they give specific details or let their thoughts trail off into the midnight sky? Are they aloof or distinct?

3. Can the person be TRUSTED? Are they Trustworthy? Have they shown signs of lacking integrity, betrayal, miscommunication, misunderstanding, scandal, falsifying information... When they give their word to you, do you take it from them willingly or toss it in the trash beside you?

These are probably the 3 biggest factors I vote on. Do you Care about the people you will serve. Do you LISTEN to them? Are you smart enough to fulfill this dynamic/complex position? Are you going to screw the American people over?

This is why I'm not happy with some of the current candidates... and even some of the candidates we've had tagging along during this ride along the way. Most of the candidates that have been presented only care about themselves. They're about as competent as a toddler with the keys to a car and just as trustworthy behind the wheel.

WHY???????!!!! We're the freakin US of A! How did this happen??? This is worse than a Hell's Kitchen Nightmare. At least at the end of those shows things stand a good chance of moving forward in a positive light -inspite of the stupid people you had to weed through to get there.

How have we come to the end of this tunnel only to find the edge of a freakin cliff? ? ? ? ? . . . . .

Political Banter Part 2: Policy v. Profit

There has always been a divide within the 2 parties on the basis of Economic Policy v. Social Issues.

Democratic Philosophy on Economics: Make sure the poor and disenfranchised are taken care of and stand a good chance of financial gain. take down systems where the 1% reigns (especially with monopolies) and the 99% drown.

Republican Philosophy on Economics: Big businesses and corporations have a "trickle down" effect on the economy and lead to more job creations and contributions to the economic system. Encourage businesses to grow by giving them breaks and help the wealthy maintain and protect their wealth which they have every right to grow. Reward the risk-takers in business and the wealthy.

Democratic Philosophy on Social Issues: Everyone has the same freedoms and rights protected under the law. Gay Marriage should be legal for that reason. Racial discrimination should we eradicated. Religious freedom -of people that aren't just Christian -should be protected and maintained. Let's include everyone, exclude no one, and let's all be open-minded and get along. Live and Let Live.

Republican Philosophy on Social Issues: Too much diversity leads to instability and moral corruption. We need to protect past traditions and social constructs that have been around a long time that are being eroded by too much "inclusion". No gay marriage. We want a "Christian Nation".

Wherever you side on whichever policy from above you're referring to, there are a lot of people that find themselves in a divide inevitably. Not to pick on anyone in particular but Caitlyn Jenner has gotten a lot of notoriety for this reason lately.

Caitlyn is a member of the Gay Community. Therefore people automatically conclude she would never be a Republican in any way and should only be a Democrat. However, she has been a Republican for YEARS and still is one. This throws people for a loop. Why would she do that?

Well, Caitlyn isn't just a member of the LGBTQ+ community -she is also insanely WEALTHY -and The Republican Economic  Philosophy of "let's help the wealthy KEEP their money protected" is better for her to follow common-sense-wise. So she is in fact divided. She might side with Democrats on Social Policy, but not on Economic Policy.

So the question then becomes, for those who find themselves stuck in that bucket, which is more important: Social Policy or Economic Profit (especially if you're like Caitlyn and stand to directly benefit from the economic policy of one party over the other).

My thoughts:

Social Policy tends to be triggered and forged by SOCIETY. The government might get credit for it since their the ones who pass the laws in the end, but it's American citizens that ultimately lead in social policy and set the tone for the government to follow. You could very well have a Republican as president, but if (70% of) the American people want gay marriage to be legalized, you as a President cannot go against the will of the American people and vote otherwise. Not to mention the Supreme Court and other branches would uphold that statute as well.

Economic Policy on the other hand IS largely influenced by who is in power -Democrat or Republican. We've seen that reality play out many times before. The American people don't usually have an economic policy in their back pocket so they do need the government to lead the way more when it comes to that kind of understanding. Americans are great for sticking up for the rights and well-being of fellow Americans, but we're not particularly noted for our Fiscal Knowledge-base. We're not a financially  responsible people if Credit Card Debt is any indication.

So it might actually be wiser -if you're torn -to go with Economic Policy and trust that The People of the USA* will stand up for The People of the USA when it comes to leading the way on social issues.

*The people of the USA have always had the real power. It's the government By the People, FOR the People. The second people forget that they forfeit their power to the government which can then reign over them. But it's always been movements and social leaders of various causes that have ultimately paved the way for American citizens. On RARE occasions a politician will be involved -like Abraham Lincoln was. Otherwise, it's always been The PEOPLE. Never forget that because if you lose sight of it, you LOSE it.

Political Banter Part 1: Hiring a President

This marks the first in a series of posts. For the sake of my own sanity I'll denote which blog posts will consist of what. Let's be honest -no one likes talking about politics (unless they're masochistic).

1. Political Banter Part 1: Hiring a President

This will cover as unbiased a perspective as I can give over each of the potential candidates, the things they claim make them qualified for the position, and the way they actually measure up in terms of living up to those claims.

2. Political Banter Part 2: Policy v. Profit

There's a tendency for divide WITHIN the democratic and republican party. This divide centers around the issue of Economic Policy and Handling Social Issues. A person can therefore side with Republicans on economic policy, but disagree on Social Policies. This issue conflicts voters and makes it hard to discern which part to affiliate with.

3. Political Banter Part 3: Policy v. Leader

In this first blog post I'll discuss the different leaders/nominees elected for presidency. In the 3rd blog post I'll debate which is ultimately more important: Voting on the Beliefs you with to have upheld by the person filling the position (aka the Policies they'll be representing) or the Person themselves in terms of leadership and other qualities.

So let's begin with the first -and hardest undertaking -which is discerning between the 3 candidates.

Candidate 1 = Trump
Candidate 2 = Hillary
Candidate 3 = Bernie (Yes he still exists)

1) Trump.

I'm going to go by Republican standards here and Trump's main platform of legitimacy is founded on the claim that he is a good businessman. This approach sees America like a business with a good CEO at its head leading the way. So on the basis Trump himself has bolstered himself on -let's analyze whether or not Trump IS a good CEO/businessman. If he is then he may very well be a good leader for the USA by this ideological perspective.

I'm not going to go into Trumps past. He's won some and he's lost some. Recent lost with his University for example, but I'm pretty sure his hotels and golf courses are doing just fine.

Instead I'm going to look at his business STYLE. The KIND of companies he tends to run and the WAY he tends to run them.

First-off, what does he run? He runs his OWN businesses. This is an interesting thing nobody really seems to notice or take into consideration. So ask yourself this: If I had my OWN company that I was then the CEO of, would I run it the same way or in the same style as I would if I was the CEO of someone ELSE'S company?

The answer is NO. Most people if they ran their own business would probably do as Trump does and DELIGATE most of the work. You're real work was in the founding of the company itself. Placing money on the line and taking the risk of creating a new venture. That was your work. As far as running the ship goes, it is easier to put someone else at the helm and then have them come to you with the updates on how the business is running. When you're the CEO of a company someone else created -you're the one who has to prove your worth (or else get fired) and measure up to the standards of the board and the founder. Trump would never fire himself from a business. It would either sink or swim and either way he would never place the blame on himself -only those Running the business for him.

So in essence Trump is more of a Founder than a true CEO. He distantly oversees multiple projects and companies that he started but does not run himself. Kind of like planting seeds in the ground and having a farmer come and tend to them so they grow.

This is fine if that's the kind of Founder you are for that particular form of business. Unfortunately AMERICA -even if it was a business -would be someone ELSE'S -not Trumps that he founded. His policy of finding people to actually man the ship while he oversees other fleets might not be the best approach for someone in that particular position. The President is more of a hands-on-role, not a figure head.

The second issue is Trump's STYLE of "CEO"/Leader. Let's be honest there are 2 kinds of CEOs:

1. There's the kind I have encountered who feel their main job is to oversee everything but ultimately let other lead in their own departments. They'll speak up every once in a while but for the most part don't actually do much. Their primary concern is making the founder/stock holder's happy by focusing on PROFIT more than anything. Issues that arise within the company take a backseat to the foremost concern for money. That's what they track that's what they pay attention to. Not much else. They are NOT very savvy when it comes to understanding things in depth.

2. The second kind of CEO is fairly similar to the first, except the fact that they make a point to find out the internal workings of the company to a greater degree. Although they too are concerned with profit, it is surprisingly NOT their primary concern. Their concern is seeing that the company has LONGEVITY. That it is functioning right and working properly. They believe that if the company itself is functioning well within, profits will comes as a RESULT.

Trump is the first kind of CEO. He doesn't seem to have much of a clue as far as details and a greater depth in understanding are concerned. Having insight to infrastructure and the way things work also not his strong suite. And so it has to be asked, does the President of the USA need to be the second kind of CEO or is he/she better off being like the first kind.

Given the President needs to have a good line of site on the issues facing Americans in this country -be in the education system or unemployment rate -it would be better to have CEO type 2. The President is also in charge of READING a great deal of documentation that comes to his/her oval office when new bills and legislation are created and need to be reviewed and possibly approved of. This helps keep the branches in check.

It's kind of hard to fathom Trump, who clearly likes to orate and talk, sitting a desk for hours on end READING very boring, long, technical documentation. The President kinds to be like a lawyer understanding legislative language and documentation -not just a CEO.

2) Hillary.

You have to understand, even before I go into this candidate's situation I'm like, DAMN. There's soooo much. Damn...

Hillary does not present herself as a businesswoman. So we can't really put her in that boat, even though you could argue she would probably tend to be more like CEO type 2 -which is preferred. she has a clearer line of sight on some of the issues and is clearly marked by her intelligence.

But Hillary is not a businesswoman -she is a politician and so it is on THAT basis that we'll assess her standing.

For those who don't know Hillary has served as Secretary of State and is married to a former President. No one can say she isn't familiar with politics or being a politician. She has been in that arena.

The primary issues I see with Hillary are the problems that have arisen when she HAS served as a member of the governmental system.

Issue #1 It is ILLEGAL for people in government positions -especially those who have influencing power over policies and legislation -to take BRIBES from individuals or organizations for personal gain. Hillary HAS taken bribes form various banks in this way for years. The amount of money she has been taking is in the MILLIONS. This is kind of an issue. It's an issue for 2 reasons.
1) Hillary says she has not been bought and paid for by the banking system and will unbiasedly lead to "take on Wallstreet" as the President
2) IT'S ILLEGAL!!! Cannot emphasize that one enough. It's also unethical. But still... mostly ILLEGAL.

Issues #2 I'm not going to get into Benghazi. I'm just not. At this point it's the tip of an iceberg and I'd rather just take the iceberg itself head on.

The Clinton Foundation Scandal. This has numerous layers to it, so let's tread softly through them lest any piece of this clusterf*ck be left out.

- What the hell does the Clinton Foundation itself actually DO??? I know what St.Jude does. I know what the Humane Society does. Off hand -despite the millions this foundation is taking in and could spend on marketing its cause -does anyone know what this foundation actually accomplishes as a "non-profit"? NO? Don't you think that's kind of an issue???!

- This scandal INVOLVES a non-profit. How f*d up do you have to be to drag a non-profit foundation with YOUR NAME on it into this mess???

- The scandal involves numerous countries -particularly known for committing inhumane atrocities against its citizens -donating millions of dollars to this foundation. Think about that for a second. Saundi Arabia -as a COUNTRY -donated to the Clinton Foundation. That's like if Sweden randomly decided to donate to the Vladimir Putin Foundation for "no good reason". Don't you think that seems a bit odd?

-Then just by a random term of happenstance Hillary then brought about governmental action in FAVOR of those countries and some of the things they wanted via the USA. Isn't that Strange...

Even people with only 2 molecules floating around in their brain would know -this is a BRIBE. Hillary received bribes from countries with human rights violations that went through the Clinton Foundation as a front to then pass policies in their favor. DAMN.

Issue #3 She is currently under INVESTIGATION by the FBI for these crimes because, guess what, they're ILLEGAL. If this is what she does with the position of governmental authority she has already been granted, why the hell would people be on board with giving her MORE power??? This lack of transparency and devotion to money over clear ethics is kind of disconcerting... and ILLEGAL.

We've never had this situation presented to us where we have to now decide as a people: Can a person legally run as a presidential candidate if it's pretty clear they're going to be prosecuted for a crime at some point? Like if a presidential candidate was accused of murder, and under investigation for it, what's our official policy on that? Do we just wait until they are being prosecuted. Or do we wait until a ruling is made? What do we do? Personally I think if someone's under investigation that's not good, but if someone is being prosecuted (which means they have enough evidence to go on to proceed with a court case) then YAH that person should be disqualified from the running for PRESIDENCY.

Bernie.

Let's be honest if you're a democrat and Bernie didn't exist on this planet at this point you'd probably be rooting for that generic looking cardboard cut-out of a politician named McSomething or other. He seriously looked like an iStock photo of a politician, but no one would care -that's who the dems would be rallying behind right now.

Quick research on Google. Martin O'Malley. Because that was going to bug me.

Quick question, which one is Martin and which one is a generic image of a politician I pulled off of Pixaby.com (iStock charges for its pictures):

Anyways... So let's be honest most democrats would side with Bernie at this point if he wasn't Bernie and he was next to ANY democratic candidate still in the running. Most sane people don't want Hillary as President because (the main issue is) they can't TRUST her.

Bernie on the other hand has his own qualifications for the Presidency. In spite of being a politician he doesn't actually qualify himself based on that past experience. Instead his platform is founded on the understanding that: Who he WAS is who he IS. Meaning what he's stood for and supported has been consistent whereas with other candidates it hasn't been.

And in all fairness -he's right. He was supporting gay people WAYYYYY before it was cool to do that (which is pretty gutsy). He was also there during the Civil Rights movement supporting MLK. This is generally why a lot of democrats like Bernie. He has no real skeletons in his closet and he's pretty straight-forward when it comes to his policies (both economic and social).

It's just that a some people don't like his financial plans, they think he's a little too liberal for their taste, and the media's done a good job of trying to sweep his existence under the rug.

The main question I have after all of this is: How many people do we have in this country? How MANY people. Because it seems pretty freakin crowded to me and yet these are the only 3 options we're handed for the President of the United States. At this point I think most people agree that if we put on online application for the position of President on Monster.com we'd come up with some better potential candidates than what's been coughed up for us at this point. DAMN...
