I found out yesterday that Juan is a Cancer/Gemini Cusp sign. He talks a lot, he's impatient, he's focused and determined, he charges through -I had obviously pegged him for an Aries. So clearly he has more Gemini tendencies than Cancer -Gemini talk non-stop and are very outgoing. But most Gemini aren't business oriented -more Law oriented. But they have vast minds if educated. But their biggest issue is seeing tasks through. Juan does not have this issue. He does it.

So I was thinking about it -Why does Juan appear to be more Aries than Gemini? I had learned from my zodiac surveys on people that -those who were more shy or less confident had over-riding Water Sign tendencies and those who were more confident had more Fire Sign tendencies. Everybody wants to be a Sag... This is due to the issue of shyness and natural leadership that can be changed as experiences shape whore person becomes. Birth signs are just an indication of where someone's traits once were and may still be.

So with this understanding it falls that when a particular sign gains or loses confidence there is a corresponding sign it will appear to be.

It is important to note that (in general)

Water signs are more: Emotional and Spiritual
Earth Signs are more: Physical
Air signs are more: Mental
Fire signs are more: Outgoing (Natural Leadership)

That being said, signs within each Element have tendencies towards 1 or 2 of these fields.

Water:
Scorpio is more Mental/Physical -very business oriented.
Cancer are more Emotional when compared to Scorpio and Pisces
Although all Water signs are Spiritual-Pisces is the most Spiritual

Earth:
Virgo is Mental -worries a lot and plans a lot
Taurus is primarily Physical -wanting luxury and money, but they are also the most Emotional of the 3 signs.
Capricorn -although usually business oriented, they are the most Spiritual of the 3.

Air:
Gemini is the most Physical of the 3, but also the most Emotional
Libra is the most Mental, although Gemini can be genius
Aquarius is by far the most Spiritual of the 3

Fire:
Leo is by far the most Emotional of the Fire signs
Sagittarius is the most Mental
Aries is on the Physical/Spiritual border
All tend to have the most Confidence or the biggest Egos (depending on Vices and Virtues)

Given this you can now predict where someone will probably be if they were born with a specific sign, but have more or less confidence.

For instance -depending on influences - I may become more Mental (a Scorpio ), more Emotional (a Cancer), or more Confident (Aquarius).

It's not an exact science, but basically you change within your sign (Gemini will change to Libra or Aquarius for example) when it comes to Emotions, Mental Acuity, Physicality, and Spirituality.

You shift or adopt tendencies from another Element sign when you Gain or Lose Confidence/ Outgoingness.

To determine which Element you will most appear to be like -it depends on the amount of confidence gained/lost and who in your Emotional/Mental/Physical/Spiritual bracket is Closest to You.

For a Pisces it is an Aquarian. Both very Spiritual. More so than an Capricorn. Aries comes close, but is more Dominant -so it depends on the level of Outgoingness the Pisces reaches.

It should also be noted it is very Rare for a Fire sign to lose its Outgoing nature. It is also equally challenging and improbable that a Water sign will gain the level of Outgoingness or Dominancy of a Fire Sign.
