Oh My Statistical Analysis...

DANGZ!!!! Brilliance and Truth#%@^#!#$^$@!!!

Wow, how did that get mistaken for a link to something? I guess it's a link to an awesome realization I reached.

Alright, here goes.

In WFG, and most companies in general -but specifically with WFG, there is a theory they invented called the 80/20 Rule.

80/20- Rule:

* 20% of people will do 80% of the work (a.k.a. succeed)
* 80% of people will do 20% of the work (a.k.a. fail)

According to this concept, WFG leaders then focus ONLY on the 20% who shoot to the top right away and succeed early on in the business. The rest they let fall to the waste side because they are "not fit" for the business and adhere to the given formula. They then say it is a numbers game and that 80% of the people you bring in will fail an 20% will succeed.

This always bothered. Numbers game... It's People not Numerics. Since I understand people thanks to the Zodiacs, I decided to analyze what I've observed.

80-100% of the SMD/CEO/EVC/Top Leaders in WFG are: Fire Signs

They may have been Born other signs, but now are in the Fire Rank.
(A few are actually Gemini, but now are more Aries in nature)

So it's Fire signs waiting around for Fire signs. How do I know this?

Behold!

In the Zodiacs the Fire Signs are 3 signs out of 12 total. These signs, except under RARE circumstances are born natural leaders and do not lack confidence. Therefore they equal 25% of the total population of people. So potentially, there are almost 20% of people who are born for CEO positions (a.k.a. succeeding in business).

Then there are the Middle-Management people who usually hit Senior Associate-SMD positions. These are your: Aquarians, Scorpio, Cancer, Gemini, Libra... 9 signs out of the 12 basically -a.k.a. 75%. These are you 80% middle-management and below (a.k.a. failing in business).  *****But if these signs lack confidence, they are automatically in the "fail" category.  

So basically we have Fire signs and people who aren't fire signs but have built up their confidence to become pretty damn close to being fire signs are in CEO-status of WFG. And everyone else is left to their own devices to fade off into the distance.

This is STUPID. They are cherry picking their future leaders. They are taking the easy way out and letting the natural order sift people out of the business instead of Building Leaders. They take people who are almost leaders as is and show hem how to run the system. That's not "building" leaders, that's showing people who are already leaders their new office. In doing so they go through a "sifting process" of hiring by numbers.

For instance, if you look in any leaders recruiting lineage you will see a pattern called the 1 in 4 rule. 1 in every 4 recruits will hit SMD.

Here's one: Alan (WFG) hires Glenda who hires Elaine who hires Tony who hires Beth who hires Frank who hires Kari.

Glenda, Elaine, Beth and Frank quit the biz.
Tony becomes an SMD and Kari becomes a Senior Associate (lower rank). 1 in 4 became an SMD and 1 out of  2 only hit S.A.
It's not numbers, it's people. 1 in 4 people are Fire signs.

Here's another one:

Nancy-Steve-Patrick-Niki-Joana-Diana-Maria (SMD)- Roger-Chelsie-Randy-Paul-Julia (SMD)-Eric (SMD)- Sarah-Owen-Trevor (SMD)-Frank

Ok. So out of 16 people, 4 became SMDs. AKA 1 in 4. It's not building leaders, it's waiting for leaders to come along.

The point is, there are 80% -a majority of people- who could be great leaders to and wouldn' have to be "sifted out" if people invested their time and energy into actually Building them as leaders. It's such a waste for people to be left out in the cold because they don't automatically have what it takes to make it as a CEO. Would it be HARDER to build these people? Hell yes. But would it be worth it and would you have more leader in the end? YES.

Nobody thinks anything of me in the business ight now. Juan doesn't even answer my texts. Ernesto is supportive, but he and a whole bunch of other people don't think much of me. I don't blame them. I honestly haven't done anything note-worthy yet. But who are they to say that I can't? I will succeed in this. And I will commit to the 80%. I will commit to my people and lead them and Build them into leaders. I won't sit around waiting to just plug in people who already have what it takes. I'll give everyone an honest shot at this and give them everything they need to succeed.

There's only one other thing that has to be known. 80% of people (the signs) need to be Built. They just need to grow confident in themselves. That's all they need 20% of people  need to be Humbled. They believe too much in themselves and become arrogant and condescending. They need to be reminded there is only One Being of Perfection and His name is God.

The only other thing that needs to be take into consideration is each Builder Sign combo and Vices/Virtues hat need to be overcome.

This is how you really Build a Business of Leaders.
