Global Poor


2005: Well this is interesting. In 2010 the population of India was 1.2 Billion and China was 1.3 Billion. So those 2 countries being at the top of the poverty charts made sense just by population alone. Countries in Africa being the majority of the poverty spread out pretty evenly also makes sense.

2015: China's poverty decreasing makes sense because the U.S. is steadily contributing to their monetary well-being. India's poverty decreasing is kind of an anomaly to me. Don't know what's contributing to their financial status, but kudos. Africa doesn't seemed to have changed at all. I guess we know which country to focus on giving financial contributions.
