Lessons Learned

I’ve learned several good lessons in the past 2 days. The first was actually from today.
(1)   You get what you put your attention on.
Tom, the man who said this, argued that: If you focus your attention on doing well, you will do well; if you focus your attention on thinking you will do poorly, you will do poorly.
The second lesson I learned was from yesterday when a modern philosopher named Jason wrote a blog.
(2)   Lean into Discomfort
Jason argued that by avoiding pain or discomfort you fail to push yourself through obstacles and challenges. Instead, you should embrace and accept discomfort or struggle and work your way through it.
The last lesson I learned was actually on my own years ago through personal experiences. This lesson ties the previous two, as well as others you may encounter in your life, together.
(3)   When you change your perspective on life, you change your life.
If you change your outlook in a positive way, it affects the way you react to life in a positive way, which makes your life more positive in itself.
